WHAT WE DO
Mental Health Educators helps individuals learn how to think, act, believe and ultimately behave in a reasonable and rational way (cope), while also helping them overcome their personal challenges (anxiety, worry, fear, depression, suicidal tendencies, etc.) and empowering them to help others do likewise. We incorporate biblical principle to initiate a holistic approach.
We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) reinforced with Biblical Principles, for a holistic approach.
WHY WE DO IT
Our program helps to significantly reduce or even eliminate bullying, suicidal tendencies, anxiety, fear, worry, depression, low self-esteem and the like, which allows those who undergo this program a real chance in becoming the best version of themselves that they can be by creating opportunities for personal empowerment.
WHO WE DO IT FOR
Although our program is capable of helping anyone, we focus our attention on 10-14 year old children and 15-24 year old teens, because this group has shown a higher rate of suicide, depression and violent behavior. CBT reinforced with biblical principles has also shown a significant success rate amongst this same group as well. But keep in mind that it works wonders for adults as well, so we now make this same program available to adults.
Second Part Of Training
Second part of training involves the reading and discussion of Joyce Meyer's book "Battlefield Of The Mind" for teens. This book contains 14 chapters that are about 3-5 pages in length each and 9 thoughts. The adult version of this book is also available.

As this is a start-up program for Private Schools, and The Homeschooling community (FPEA Member) initially I will be the only instructor administrating this program until additional instructors can be hired and trained; as such I can only serve 2 - 3 Private Schools / Home school Groups and 2-3 adults per cycle initially, so make sure to reach out to me asap if your are interested in being one of those 2-3 Schools or Adults to get started immediately.
