Mental Health Educators helps individuals learn how to think, act, believe and ultimately behave in a reasonable and rational way, while also helping them overcome their personal challenges and empowering them to help others do likewise.
We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) reinforced with Biblical Principles.
Our program helps to significantly reduce or even eliminate bullying, suicide, anxiety, fear, worry, depression, low self-esteem and the like, which allows those who undergo this program a real chance in becoming the best version of themselves that they can be.
Although our program is capable of helping anyone, we focus our attention on 16-18 year old teens, because this group has shown a higher rate of suicide, depression and violent behavior. CBT reinforced with biblical principles has also shown a significant success rate amongst this same group as well.
We utilize an evidence-based program known as COPE (Creating Opportunities for Personal Empowerment) with the careful guidance of my 20 plus years of experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and our extensive training in this area as well.
The COPE programs are based on a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills building approach that includes reducing negative thoughts, regulating emotions, increasing healthy behaviors, and improving communication and problem-solving skills.
Through a series of brief, easy-to-follow sessions, complete with skills-building activities, the evidence-based programs convey that there is hope for change, and conditions like depression, anxiety, low self-esteem fear, worry and the like are treatable. COPE recognizes that trigger events can not often be controlled, but we can control our responses to them. COPE helps young people face their fears and regulate their emotions so that they are able to accomplish whatever it is that is important to them.
COPE2Thrive now has over 23 studies supporting the positive effects of the program on depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and healthy lifestyle behaviors of children, teens and young adults.
Second part of training involves the reading and discussion of Joyce Meyer's book "Battlefield Of The Mind" for teens. This book contains 14 chapters that are about 3-5 pages in length each and 9 thoughts.
As this is a start-up program for Private Schools, initially I will be the only instructor administrating this program until additional instructors can be hired and trained; as such I can only serve 2 - 3 Schools initially, so make sure to reach out to me asap if your are interested in being one of those Schools.

Imagine how happy parents would be to see these types of situation rectified in their child's/children's life.
CALL NOW and be the first or one of the first to get this program going before another School does.
